Where can I get a replacement touchscreen?

Somehow I managed to crack my Sony Vaio Duo 13 Convertible Ultrabook screen while the laptop was inside it's case, inside my laptop backpack. These exposed screen's are fragile! I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to have the screen replaced. Where can I order one and how can I install it myself?
