Model Number of my MacBook Pro 15"?

I want to replace the 120GB hard drive in my MacBook Pro. 2.2 GHz ... 2GB RAM but MacMall upgraded it to 4GB. I received it on the 26th of June 2008.

It's a MA895LL/A Mfg Part #. So how do I know which model you refer to the machines as A1226, A1260, etc.??
