Broken iPhone 4 wont turn on

I bought a iphone 4 with cracked screen and the seller told me that it wont turn on but I can see vibrator motor working when charging.

But I have a new screen and I tested it on the iPhone, and still wont turn on, and I don't know why! With the new screen connected when plug the charging cable, vibrator motor still works too!

What can it be?

Options

Have you check if the power button flex is okay? You also can ask professional man to help to check the motherboard especially LCD FPC connector.
