Im not sure what type it is tbh i think its like a 7 or 8 but anyways, its annoying because i constantly have to spend money on cords but they always seem to get loose! it hasent even been a year that ive had it, so any suggestions if it doesnt work? ( tablet devices or ipads?) But if i could fix it would anyone know how?

I have the same problem. My tablet just stopped working and will not charge no matter what cord I use. Open to all suggestions... Thank you

I have the exact same problem. I'm going to try to get the port repaired locally, but it's very disappointing, as this is my third Dell purchase, and I have been a big supporter. It sounds as if it's a defective product.
