Fixing a Water logged Motherboard?

HI there, I built a water cooled PC, the system leak (only alittle) down the Motherboard (where the USB connections are) and the GPU, It didn't touch the power supply nor any other vitals, I have pulled the PC apart and letting it dry over night, So My Question is this, Is it possible to fix the motherboard after a system error has occurred on the screen for water damage?
