Cell phone will not charge or come was charge full battery
Cell had full battery in progress while useing a app ,cell just went off

Was this phone purchased recently? Has this happened before or again?
Going forward, if it is under warranty, you can send it back to the manufacturer.
If not, you can try taking a look at our troubleshooting page for the G3.

This happened to my phone yesterday, wouldn't charge. Took it to Verizon and they overnighted a new one. I don't know if I hit a sweet spot or what but last night it started charging again. But going to switch it for the new one just in case.
someone please help i luv this phone and cant offord a new one!
