Water drops fell on it, and now it only works on power!

Hello guys, i am desperate about my iPhone.after some drops of water that i had at my ear while talking,the iPhone stopped working. when i then connected the phone at the charge i saw it booting and thought it was ok....but every time i disconnect it freezes..and forcefully shuts down. i opened it and sprayed some contacts spray all over let it dry with rice etc.. and still the same. should i remove everything and spray it thoroughly an everywhere? what could be the problem. i checked the battery and has voltage so i think it is not that

You may have

corrosion inside, you may have shorted the battery. Look through these answers especially ones dealing with water and battery.
