Water damaged samsung galaxy note 2

Hi

Last day i have been to a beach and was hit by a small wave.Had my note 2 in the pocket.Took it out immediately removed the battery and put in the hot sun for almost 2 hours. By mistake i have put the battery back and heard the phone restart sound.Then immediately took the battery out again.An hour later i tried to turn it on but i can only see the red led light beside camera flashing on and off. Could anyonoe help me with this issue ?
