My webcam is not working

I've bought aspire m5-583p-5859 laptop recently. webcam driver is present there but the hardware is not connected to the computer. it is showing error code45 everytime. So anyone have any solution for that.?

webcam not work show display - no webcam delected, try pluging in a webcam into your computer now, if you useing an intergrated camera , make sure that it is turned on
