I had the same question. The cable became damaged during a screen replacement and I found the replacement camera. Just not sure if its glued on or soldered or some other method. Any tips would be appreciated.

Neither video is for a 1520. one is for a rear camera and one is for disassembling the 900. Unfortunately neither have a similar front facing camera to the 1520. Did you replace the front camera on a 1520? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thank you!

But with this method. all the circuits of the camera you do not risk it to get in touch with each other?

The tape is conductive only for Z direction(vertically). Side by side contacts will not be connected. I did it and worked.

Yeah, it's possible. Open the phone, find the broken front camera and replace it. But you must have bought the front camera replacement in advance.
