N64 Wont work, Tried tips from this Site, none worked

I recently got a N64, The red light shows when its powered on, but wont show any picture or audio on my tvs. I tried using compressed air to clean cartridges, expansion slot and cartridge slot. also tried appling petroleum jelly on the av port and on the slots and still wont work. Any ideas
