Encountered hard brick problem with my cherry mobile flare s100

i encountered hard brick on my phone it happened when i upgraded it.. then it doesnt power on, charge nothing at all,, my pc detected it as Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9008.. is it possible that i can revive my phone?
