ZTE Valet Z665C - accidental hard reset lost provider

This is a bug with the ZTE Valet specifically. I am currently going through the loops to get it working again after an intentional factory reset. Some people had to be given a different phone. There is nothing that the level 1 n 2 operators can do. They will try to have you call *22890 and reprogram your phone. Try it. It worked for one day for me, then relapsed to no coverage. Do all the basics - take our your battery, on and off, call *22890, and call ready to demand (nicely, of course) to talk to someone higher up. They'll probably give you the runaround and insist they can fix it by doing the things you've already done. They can't. Dealing with their tech support is the worst.
