When I changed from w Vista to win7 I couldn't disable or enable touchpad anymore. The keys FN-F9 don't work and I can't find the touchpad in control panel.

Denisse old question and answered for completion sake only.
Since this started after an upgrade of the OS, you do need to make sure that you have all the drivers for the new OS. In this case a download of the drivers from here would have been an option. Re-evaluate after the new drivers are installed
