You'll need to take it apart again and re-clean but this time using the proper cleaning process.

First we need to clean off the oil you used. If you sprayed the electronics you'll need to use a cleaning solvent that can remove it and not leave anything behind. Here you'll need a reagent grade isopropyl alcohol this time as the water within the lower grades will prevent it from wicking out the oil. The best way here is to get a pan and fully dip the logic board and let it soak a bit, then use can'ed air to blow alcohol off of the surfaces. Lastly letting it dry

You will likely need to replace the keyboard and track pad if they got wet. The oil most likely has ruined them. Given the work here I would just replace the uppercase assembly Vs trying to replace the keyboard if you can find one as you'll have 50 odd screws or snap rivets to remove to get the keyboard off and if you break the rivets you'll then need to replace them with screws.

Lastly, the battery will likely need to be replaced if it got wet.

why do u think that the problem is the oil??

this spray is exectly for this kind of problems!!!

Anything with oil is very bad for any micro-electronics circuit board or even any computer mechanical part as well. You see the oil will change the electrical properties of the circuitry (I know they claim it doesn't but it does) Remember we are talking very low voltages Vs what these products are designed for 120 volts or higher, as well as high current switching. Even using these sprays inside the case can be damaging as some are slightly corrosive and the oil will collect dust like a magnet so your systems cooling will be effected causing other problems killing the fan's as well as over heating.

As to cleaning the dog pee: I would have first wiped down the areas as much as I could. I would have then disconnected the battery internally ASAP. The next step I would do is put the system in a plastic bag and put it into a cool area in my house or refrigerator (not too cold) to slow the corrosion of the pee until I was ready to take the system fully apart (don't wait to long). I would then have used distilled water to rinse off the pee (see below on the refillable sprayer) washing the parts and logic board down with the distilled water won't hurt things once I knew I had removed all of the pee I would then go over the areas this time with a high grade of Isopropyl alcohol (I use reagent quality 85%). This will do two things first most oils will rinse off and the alcohol will also pull out the water that has seeped under the components acting as a dryer. In any case I still would allow the parts to dry out the rest of the way on a warm window sill letting the sun do the work.

Sadly, many of these cleaners are misused. Note the word Contac as in Contact in the name which makes this a good cleaner for a mechanical electric switches NOT micro-electronics. The only cleaner I would use would be one that leaves nothing! In fact I make my own sprayer of solvent or what ever I need using a Refillable Aerosol Spray Gun.

I buy it in one gallon (~4 liters) containers a case at a time! Sadly, you'll need more. From the label it appears to be the higher grade 95% isopropyl (humidade 0.5%) which is fine. But it may not have been able to remove the dog pee if the pee had dried.

The Thing is before I sprayed that oily stuff, I cleaned the board with the IPA.

I don't think that the pee dryed on it (the board seems clean).

I,ll buy a 4 litter IPA tommorow and before I sink it entirely i'll clean it with a soft brush and ipa!!!

A new, soft-bristle toothbrush is excellent for this task - along with a lot of other computer repair tasks, like cleaning debris out of RAM sockets.
