It's missing from my replaced audio jack connector. Is it an important part?

Make sure the Wifi flex above that part still be there just like the picture.
The part in your picture is just for supporting the wifi flex, so if your wifi flex doesn't lose and still can be stuck on the surface of the audio jack, it doesn't matter to miss that part.
