broken glass replace phone turns on, but screen blank?

I used the Pro Adhesive Kit to replace broken glass. Phone turns on, but no screen. Help please? Anyone?

Sorry I forget to say were I got the kit from, Iparts Outlet and did the step by step instructions that came with it
