Hi I have a iphone 4s the u does not work but when I put my phone landscape it works good but then I put the phone back to normal and it wont go could someone help me with it cheers

luke, the "u" is not the problem. The problem is that your digitizer has failed in the area where the "u" is located. Replacing the display assembly will resolve this. Hope this works, good luck.
