Just like the question my wife accidentally ordered an iPad 2 digitizer screen for my ipad 3. I'd be very greatful for some help maybe something with video or pictures at the least

You would return the iPad 2 digitizer screen or sell it, then you'd buy an iPad 3 screen. That is definitely the least expensive and shortest path to your goal.

Yes but I can't do that due to having to pay more to return it, Selling it could take a while actually, and I'm not that worried about the shortest path. I read that this forum would be helpful with what im looking for, regardless I'd like the knowledge of being able to make this happen, thanks though
i rarely say things are not possible, but this isn't possible. Even if you were to desolder the connector fpc and sit with the schematic to try and build custom micro jumpers to map each trace to the iPad 3 connector...I can't imagine that it would turn out well. It is not possible without experience redesigning circuits.
