iPhone 5s touch id not working after replaced a new one

I drop my phone and the screen cracked , I replace a new screen myself and accidentally broke the Touch ID sensor Ribben cable ,and i brought a new Touch ID sensor and replace it , after the replacement the new screen is doing fine but the Touch ID is not working at all " failed - unable to complete Touch ID setup . Please go back and try again " I keep go back and try again randomly but it still the same it won't work at all !! Why ?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Options

Because the sensor is provisioned with a unique key to encrypt the link to the CPU. It is designed to be in this way in order to be secure. You just destroyed Touch ID on this phone, forever.

Shitttt !!!! NOOOOO !!! But why their are still Touch ID sensor available in the market for sale if the sensor cannot to be replicable ?!

Tom is right. Touch id sensor flexes are just as useful as a single pane of iPad mini glass---that has no digitizer fused to it. Offered for sale on eBay every day, and it even comes with a tool kit!

i didn't unauthorized repair. Before like this my ios 7.0.4 but after i restore my iphone to ios 8.0.2 my fingerprint cant work

Farkhan--you need to submit a separate question. This question indicates that the original poster did try to replace the touch ID sensor in the phone. It sounds like you have a software, not a hardware problem. A hard reset is likely to solve your problem.
