Plastic Frame around LCD will unglue itself, solution?

My main issue is with some replacement LCD/Touch assemblies that the plastic frame glued to the glass will become loose and start rejecting the replacement part from the housing.

What glue will i should use to stick the glass to the plastic frame?

3M tape doesnt always work since the plastic frame is very thin in some areas. (Rear camera area for example)

Has anyone else had experienced this issue?
