When I print I have white stripes with the black ink.
I already ran the "head cartridge cleanig" function three times but without success.
What is the procedure to fix this failure ?

The cartridge may be clogged. Take it out and clean off and try it, if the same then replace it. That's where I would start and I'm only guessing you haven't done that but of course I have no clue.
