Computer Crashing, losing connection to mouse

So I've had this mac for a couple of weeks and just recently its been acting funny like Counter Strike: Global Offensive crashing/crashing my whole computer when I tab out. And also My mouse would frequently lose all connection to my computer (its a G9X) and I don't know if its the mouse or the computer, any suggestions?

I would talk to Steam as that sounds like a code problem within the game. Exiting a game should not crash the system.

You may want to check your OS updates and check what this game requires (running under Mac OS-X)

As to the mouse issue check the battery contacts (are they clean) and try using a fresh set of alkaline batts.
