Why is my DSi flashing a white screen, then turning off?

My DSi won't turn on. I have let it charge for about a week now, and I replaced the battery and the power system board after it fell. I have had this DSi for 4 years now and has not failed me since I dropped it. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thank you!

I'm having the same issue with my DS, it is due to damage somewhere between the graphical output and the screen its self, mine happened when I took it apart to fix the bottom touch screen, as of yet I have not found a way to fix it, and have found very little in the way of guides to help, you could try replacing the LCD, however this is unlikely to fix it, your best bet is to keep a look out for a replacement, or maybe think about upgrading to a newer model.

However, if you do find a way to fix it please feel free to share the methodology

There may be issue with your lcd. As the dsi powers up, it tests all internal area first (such as wi-fi, which causes a constant blue light if not working) and then tries to power on the lcd. If the one of the lcd is not working, then it would flicker and shut off. The lcd that flicker is the one that is working. Therefore, the other lcd is not working, not getting power. This could be a bad lcd, torn ribbon cable, or bad contacts. Usually replacing the lcd does the trick
