Replaced LCD - on password screen the edges seem faded

Hi all,

I hope you can help with this.

I've just replaced my first iPhone 5s screen, turned the device back on and the wallpaper looks fine, camera looks fine, but on the passcode lock screen the edges seem a little faded and black, so the numbers 3 6 9 aren't 100% visible.

I'm waiting for my friend to give me the passcode so i can check the homescreen and some different apps, but does anyone have any idea on why this would happen? It seems strange that the lock screen and camera are fine.

Thanks in advance,

Sam

Update

Hello I think this is just because the pass lock screen is transparent and it's dark because of the picture in the background .. Change the picture til a more lighter coloured pic and recheck the passlock
