My IPhone 5c screen is broken and the LCD is too, i'm planning on getting the Screen and LCD replaced but when i charge my phone all i see is colorful line's, and when i unplug the phone from the charger the screen turns off and won't turn back on, i'm not sure if there is a problem with the battery or it's just the screen, do i have to get the battery fixed too?

it sounds like like you may have a problem with the battery either the connector has popped of the board (which i have never seen) or when you have dropped it you have severely damaged the battery i would get both changed if i was you.
