Stuck in reboot loop after installing a tweak?

I recently jailbroke my iphone 4 (7.1.2) using Pangu. Everything worked fine until I installed a Cydia tweak (Bassam Kassem) for Siri. It is now stuck in a reboot loop! (2 days) (I can power it off and haI downloaded TinyUmbrella, and I can get it into a white screen? What should I do??? ( And what are SHSH blobs?) It asks if I have any SHSH blobs saved but I don't think I do?

I have no Iphone software update files in the folder, so how would I do a fresh install?
