No signs of life! Board Troubleshooting/repair guide

Hi guys so I'm new here :)

Basically I got my cousins I pad in for repair, it's completely dead though! No signs of life while on mains, no signs of life wen plugged into pc so i put a new USB port on and still nothing. Iv basically ruled out anything that can be fixed with parts. I was wondering if there is a guide or some pictures of which capacitors/coils to check for voltages, I'm fairly savvy with micro soldering, just need a few pointers as to where to look on the main board, also if anyone has a supplier for the fuses/coils I may need in the UK that would be great!

Thanks fellow ifixers hopefully I can get it going again for her son who is rather distraught without it!
