How can I make boot cd from my windows 8 inspiron 5521?

When i buy the windows 8 laptop,provider not provide the boot CD/DVD.

So,i have to make boot cd of my original version laptop.

or

you can make 'create system image disc' on control panel >Maintenance >backup and restore/

or

use 3rd party application as like PQ magic or somethings like that recovery option included.
