I need to know the names of these tiny pieces around the digitizer connector on the logic board. Why isn't there a guide out there to learn about these tiny pieces?

cynthia, those are inductors. In this case they are reference designator L13-L14-L17-L15 they are all 90OHM-50MA TDK Filter Coil, type: TCM0605-1. I checked a couple of datasheets and it looks like Panasonic EXCX4CE900U is a match. Yes there are plenty of places to learn "about these tiny pieces." Any electronic technology course will assist you with that. There is plenty to learn, just let us know where you want to get started and we will find you the right place. Hope this helps, good luck.

Wow! Well I have always been very interested in learning about technology. I just learned a lot from your comment I had no idea they were called inductors which is why I referred to them as tiny little pieces. I would love to take a couple of courses because I want to start a business repairing broken technology. Please I would like to know of the most affordable course close by UCF Orlando in case you have any recommendations. Thanks!

I would contact Mouser.com or Digikey.com as well as others. From Mouser, something like this like this should fit.Sometimes it takes a bit of work to find the right replacements. As for the right course, I would suggest George Brown College in Canada. They have some excellent online courses, great labs and are not to expensive. I know there are plenty of others, but George Brown did it for me.
hey the pieces came in I was wondering how do I go about putting them on the board...
They need to be soldered to the board. first you will have to unsolder the old ones....

If you'd like to learn how to microsolder, you probably want to invest in a quality microscope and a set of fine point hot tweezers for a job like this----I also would encourage you to practice on a donor board---this micro scale is much smaller than traditional 'learn to solder' videos. You may want to master soldering first before moving to microsoldering.
