I firstly installed 2x4Gb Corsair Vengeance @1600Mhz and everything was perfect, after one year i put inside 2x8Gb modules of same kind, and it works OK but when i resume the mac from sleep, sometimes i get the gray screen and system reboots..
Any idea?

If you are running Mavericks or beta testing OS X Yosemite there are "wake from sleep" issues associated with the former, and could be part of the problem on the latter.
