Is it possible to swap hardware for working iPhone.

I have 2 iPhone 4's not 4S. One is verizon and one is AT&T my Verizon one is my old iphone that contract ran out so I bought a AT&T iphone 4 so I could use it for straight talk. When I got my iphone in the mail it has a passcode on it and I can't contact the seller. Can I swap the hardware out of my verizon one to my AT&T one to get a working iphone?

Jay Smith, the AT&T is GSM, the Verizon is CDMA with different hardware for most. The LCD will fit with some mods otherwise its a different phone...
