display doesnt turn on after having removed pieces from the sim tray

I was trying to put a sim tray on the phone, unfortunately it broke and a couple of pieces got stuck inside the sim tray. The phone still seemed to be working, I opened the phone and took out the mentioned pieces. After that the screen does not turn on. When I plug the phone to a pc or charger I can hear its on but seems to be on a loop making the noise when you just plug it every few seconds and the screen does not show anything. I check the connections of the display assemble as well as the sim tray to see if there were remaining fragments but everything seems to be fine
