Mac Not charging, the adapter light doesn't come on when connected.

Hello all, My Macbook wont turn on and wont charge. When connected to the adapter it the adapter indicator won't even turn green and/or orange. I have tried different adapter and it is still not charging.

Options

You could try doing a SMC reset, but it sounds like a blown DC-In board to me.

First test your adapter with a multimeter to see if it's putting out the correct voltage. On the right of this Wiki is a photo of the pin out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MagSafe
