iPod upgrade to 120g?

Can I replace my iPod's 80 GB driive with a 120 GB drive? Can it be done as far as connections and space go, and once done will the iPod work with it? Will it be able to recognize the bigger storage space?

Ron White, yes you can. It will help if you tell us exactly what model iPod you have. It is most likely a 5th gen Video or 6th gen. The answer is yes for both generation, but the process is a bit different. It will be a straight exchange without any difficulties. Hope this helps, good luck.
