MacBook Unibody Model A1342 will not power on

MacBook was working normally except for a faulty keyboard. I replaced the top case/keyboard and now it will not power on. I read about jumping the logic board (power circuit) but the pictures did not correspond to my logic board. Does anyone have a step by step troubleshooting procedure for a MacBook A1342 that doesn't power on? Thank you.

Answer this question I have this problem too

you will need to give us more information. A1342 is not enough. What are the last four digits of your serial number?

Hi EPCOBB

If your motherboard is like this, first remove the keyboard ribbon and just put a cable into pin 5 and 6 and your macbook will power on, in the image, you find 2 diferent procedures, firts try with the procedure in red color, there are the pin 5 and 6, the second procedure requires some habilities and precision to touch this small squares or pieces.
