Since i had my iPhone 5 my memory has always shown something like this 791KB/16GB as. i came to realized that though it shows 16GB memory on ly 791KB is available even when i format the memory.
I am so confused what can i do in theis case. I deed HelpThanks

Go to setting then general then usage and manage storage this will show you what gb all the apps and photos and music are taking up

Are you sure it is a genuine iPhone? From the picture it looks like a chinese knockoff. Maybe i'm wrong, but if not, no one knows how much storage they really have

Kindzeka Nestor, have you backed all your files up and tried to free some of the memory? How many images and music do you have on your iPhone? Is something not working correctly? How many Apps are you having/running?
