Is there a way of Freezing/rewarming panel so the dent "pops" out?

I have a small round shallow dent on the rear quarter panel of my 4x4,the paint is not broken & there are no sharp edges to the dent,is there a way of Freezing/rewarming the area so the dent will recover to original, I seem to recall reading this somewhere?

Options

I had hail damage on my Caddy. I used dry ice and put it on the center of the dent, then let the summer sun heat it back up. It got rid of 80% of the smaller dents. It helped on the larger ones. Three years now and no identifiable damage to the paint.
