Is it possible upgrade to USB3 on old MacBook Pro 13"?

I cant seem to find anything on this online and wondered whether it is possible and if it is, how would one go about upgrading USB from USB2 to USB3 on an old 13" MacBook Pro.

You cant, its in the motherboard.

As it is hardwired in PCB board
