I wanna buy this ssd and put it into my MBP (mid 2009).

Is this ssd compatible to my laptop?

It has SATA III but i'm not sure that mpb has it.

it would work even if you had a sata 2 connector on the pc... you would just not be able to use that extra speed. it will work just fine.
