XBOX 360 E79 Error Code with 2nd 1033 without HDD attached

Ok Si my XBOX 360 had the RROD, I used the repair guide here and now I get 1 red light and the E79 with a secondary code of 1033. I have tried removing the HDD and even the removed teh CD Player and still get this error, it boots and goes right to the code with the red light. sometimes when I leave it unplugged for a while it will boot to the dashboard and once I was able to navigate around but when I tried to install a game it kept saying reading disk then open tray. I tried holding sync down and booting, have it open and trying to put pressure on the southbridge and the ram chips (have not tried the penny trick yet). I was going to try updating the dashboard with a usb but I cannot get it to boot to load it, I am at my wits end with this.
