color scheme is all wrong

I bought a system and hooked it up. Turns on and play fine. BUT the colors are way way off and hurt the eyes. Ive tried new Rca's. I have tried different tvs and its still the same. Can you help please?

cant really Help much, try aswell maybe on an old tube tv if you have any next to you otherwise sorry
