part unaccounted for when reassembling my phone.

I replaced the front screen of my iPhone 4. When I was reassembling the phone a part popped out and I am note able to figure out where it fits.

My phone is not able to connect to WiFi, nor is it detecting my SIM card.

I have shown the images below. They are not very sharp because the part is very small.

Do you have any idea what this part is and where does it fit in the phone?

That piece fits on the top connector plate cover (it simply snaps on, at the top screw hole and the long screw goes through it to enable WiFi connection.
