Can I upgrade the geforce 9400m?

I have a imac late 2009 with an Intel Core2duo 3,06 and a poor graphic card Geforce 9400m, can i upgrade the graphic card ?

Sadly, no.
The logic board of this series houses both CPU & GPU unlike some earlier models which has a daughter board for the GPU. So you would need to replace the entire logic board and I don't know of any board that you could replace yours which would have any real improvement.
You may want to look at getting a newer system (even used) which offers better graphics if that is important to you,
