Is my MacBook running too hot

Well I haven't always been picky about heat but recently being an owner of a gaming PC i like to keep things cool as i know heat can be a hazard to your system. So i bought this mac and noticed it was getting hot, I downloaded iStat and checked all my temps and noticed at times my CPU would reach 82 degrees Celsius and was a bit worried. My PC system only reaches 60 or even 70 under extreme gaming but i wasn't sure. So I took it part and cleaned off the old thermal compound and replaced it with AC5 my temps dropped but at times i still reach 79 an in the 80s normally when I'm watching YouTube
