My isight and Bluetooth do not work but airport does

My macbook late 2008 a1278's iSight and Bluetooth do not work I have replaced the cable and the isight and bluetooth module and the controller for it they still do not work the OSX does not recognize a camera or bluetooth board please help is there a resistor that is bad on the logic board and if tell me where

Can you give us some background here. Did you drop or bang the system? what happened to kill the camera & bluetooth to start with?

i did not drop this but I'm not sure about the previous owner i checked the logic board and saw a burnt resistor I'm not sure if that is the problem

Did the system get wet? Sit it down on a wet surface or spill something in it?
