controls unit on the dash have no power, no lights,buttons don’t work

1998 , 5 speeds Honda Accord. My A/C controls on the dash have no power, no lights, buttons don’t work.The rear windshield defroster will not come on. The fan blower works fine. lights on the buttons would flash on and off at random. When the lights are on the windshield defroster ,A/c other buttons would work fine. Then at some point the light would go out and the buttons would stop working and the A/C would shut off but the fan blower still runs fine.

any interchangeable parts with other model?
