Cannot find replacement volume/power flex

Hello All

I was wondering if you could asssit, i need to change the volume flex on a ipod touch 5th gen, and i cant seem to find a replacement part anywhere

The one i have looks like the following

However the only ones im seeming to be able to purchase is as follows

As you can see the one i am able to purchase has a additional mic and proximity sensor

Please can anybody point me in the direction of the one i need in picture 1
