Galaxy s4 motherboard problems?

Well im back so i changed the usb ribbon and the battery, still doesnt charge if i plug the charger in with/or without the battery it makes a ticking sound by the power button please help?

Just to verify, you replaced the USB board (like this one Samsung Galaxy S4 USB Board Replacement) and the battery. Does your S4 still heat up like it did before? Let us know if you a. have a multimeter and b. know how to use it. Do you have the skills and tools to potentially perform a board level repair repair?

thank you and no still doesn't charge just heats up and i went to an expert but he tried to charge me to just look at the phone its on its original factory setting and still nothing thanks for your response i gets hot by the power button and under the sd card
