turned on voice over command and display is gone

i turned on voice over command and then suddenly the display when blank but the voice over is there. i tried switching it off but it won't even though the voice over confirmed the screen is power off. what can i do to fix it?

do a hard retest

hold power and home button togeater for 7 seconds then let go of home and keep pressing power

i did what was said, while i pressed the power and home button, it did a reset, the apple logo showed and then it shutted down, then lighted on the white screen but it wont let me slide to unlock nor slide to power off, it goes autolock and when i press again, the voice over command will just say screen unlock...then it goes blank... :(

until when i will press the power button before i release it? and will it turn on? cause i tried pressing both home and power for seven seconds and let go of home and hold the power until the apple logo was out then i powered it on, then it goes to the home screen but still i cAn't slide the unlock button...then it goesblank again and voice over only ...blank screen
